Q: What is your return policy?

A: I can only give you a general answer since the type of item we carry varies greatly, in general you can return your item within 30 days of the purchase.  The item must be in the original condition as it was received and in the original packaging. Again due to the nature of the items we carry this might not always be true, some surplus items listed may be sold AS IS WHERE IS, meaning you buy it it is yours we don't want and will not accept it back. In those cases the specific item page will detail that information.

Q: What is your warranty policy on items?

A: Again due to the nature of the items we stock this can vary, in general all items unless noted otherwise have a DOA warranty, meaning if you get a dead item, we replace it.  Any specific warranty other than this general warranty will be covered on the specific listing page for the item.  If none is listed it falls into the general warranty policy as I just detailed.
